Alas, this type of thing is much more common than it should be. Testing in production can sometimes cause unintended consequences.

An example from personal experience: To verify implementation of the software, a test repair order was entered into the production system with a fake (non-existent) address. But the tester forgot to cancel the order after the test. Later in the day, we found out a technician had been dispatched to do the repair but was frustrated because he couldn't find the address, and none of his street guides listed it!

There are USA locations - that drop-down menu is only for Europe. I decided to try to figure out whether this site was intended to be live so I tried http://nikewomen.nike.com/. That redirected me to the nike website. I tried http://nikewomen.nike.com/nikewomen/ and I got to a page that asked my language, then asked my location. From there, you can get to the store locator. Looks like a tester just forgot to remove their test entry/ies. I'd be curious to know where the submitter found the link to the original page. I couldn't find it advertised on the main nike site, but I might not have looked hard enough.

Sigh. That's why Web companies are supposed to use internal test servers for testing. Sounds like either they don't do that (dumb), or they accidentally pushed the test db to live (negligent).
